Glenn Jones – HR Director

Glenn is the Human Resource Director for the Osoyoos Indian Band (OIB) and for the Osoyoos Indian Band Development Corporation(OIBDC) . Glenn is responsible for the overall Human Resources needs , and ensuring that all Band Companies and Departments are in compliance with the visions and goals of the OIB and OIBDC. All of the companies span across a variety of different industries ranging from retail, golf, vineyards, concrete ,construction and tourism to name a few.

Glenn works closely with all Osoyoos Indian Band Members, Managers and Employees. Glenn especially works closely with Chief Clarence Louie, Chief Operating Officer Brian Titus, and Chief Financial Officer Katherine McNeill.

Glenn is married and has 3 children (2 girls,1 boy) and 3 grandchildren(2 girls,1 boy) who live in Edmonton and Vancouver.

Before coming to the Osoyoos Indian Band and Osoyoos Indian Band Development Corporation teams in October 2011, Glenn worked for Canadian Pacific Railway. In the 35 years he worked for CPR, he had 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field that he brings with him to the Band.
